The Cottages

Currently there are 6 homes in the first phase of The Cottages. There are 3 different sizes, and each of those sizes  offer a different floor plan. The "Dogwood" is 1320 sq feet, the "Redbud" is 1603 sq feet, and the "Sycamore" is  1800 sq feet. Home Owners Association fees are  $50/month.

The Cottages will feature 89 home sites situated on 17 acres. The homes built within the Cottages at Wildwood Ranch are ENERGY STAR QUALIFIED.  These homes are at least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code (IRC), and include additional energy-saving features that typically make them 20–30% more efficient than standard homes.
